SHRINK WRAP foil is low density extruded polyethylene material
Under the influence of heat,she shrinks and conforms to whatever structure and/or item is underneath it. SHRINK WRAP foil changes drastically in its specific weight, becomes thicker and very tense after heat treatment.
Characteristic of the material is strength, resistance to tearing, acids, UV rays. These are the types of characteristics that give shrink wrap exceptional strength and tension over other materials. Shrink wrap film is environmentally friendly and waste film is recycled.
What makes our Premium Shrink wrap special is 100% virgin resin which contains maximum UV inhibitors by weight with opacity to UV rays > 99.98% (UV transmission < 0.02% for wavelength range from 280 to 380nm) for excellent performance during long term storage and transportation.
During the thermal process our film is Bi-oriented.
